1. The Gaddesden Diary

The Gaddesden Diary/2021

This work acts as an archaeological dig into the village of Little Gaddesden’s past and collages the relics with the present. It combines multigenerational portraits, archival imagery and reinterpretations of local history together in a printed publication.

I was interested in the community culture that exisits in rural villages and the people who contribute to it. By working with the villagers, I documented members of the community that run essential services such as the village shop, the W.I, local market, NHS first responders and fitness instructors.
